Abstract

This thesis analyzes the successful educational experiences of Japan and Finland, emphasizing the underlying philosophies, pedagogical models, and quality assurance mechanisms that have shaped their global reputations for excellence. The paper compares these systems with the educational reforms in Uzbekistan, identifying ways to adapt foreign innovations to local contexts. Key aspects such as teacher professionalism, competency-based learning, digital integration, and inclusive education are explored to highlight their applicability to Uzbekistan’s ongoing modernization of education.
