Abstract

The communicative approach has become one of the most widely used methods in modern language teaching. It focuses on using language for communication rather than memorizing grammar rules. In this approach, grammar is taught through meaningful interaction and real-life situations. This article discusses the role of the communicative approach in teaching grammar, its advantages, classroom techniques, and its impact on students’ language development. The paper also highlights the importance of integrating grammar with speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The study concludes that the communicative approach helps learners use grammar accurately and fluently in real communication.
