METFORMIN PREPARATLARINING BIOEKVIVALENTLIGI

Metformin preparatlarining bioekvivalentligi, uning farmakokinetik asoslari, generik va original dori vositalarining o‘zaro almashinuvchanligi hamda klinik ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Metformin 2-tip qandli diabetni davolashda eng ko‘p qo‘llaniladigan dori vositalaridan biri hisoblanadi. Shu sababli uning turli ishlab chiqaruvchilar tomonidan tayyorlangan shakllarining bioekvivalentligini aniqlash farmatsevtik sifat, samaradorlik va xavfsizlik nuqtayi nazaridan dolzarb masala hisoblanadi. Maqolada bioekvivalentlikning asosiy mezonlari, metforminning farmakokinetik xususiyatlari, tez ajraluvchi va uzaytirilgan ajraluvchi shakllarning farqlari hamda klinik amaliyotdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, bioekvivalent metformin preparatlari ma’lum sharoitlarda bir-birini samarali almashtira oladi.
