Abstract

Energy efficiency has become one of the key priorities in modern materials manufacturing due to increasing environmental concerns, rising production costs, and the global demand for sustainable industrial development. The implementation of energy-efficient technologies enables manufacturers to reduce energy consumption, minimize greenhouse gas emissions, improve production quality, and optimize the use of raw materials. This paper analyzes the current trends, technological approaches, and future prospects of energy-efficient technologies in material manufacturing. Particular attention is given to advanced manufacturing processes, digital production systems, additive manufacturing, heat treatment optimization, surface engineering, and smart energy management technologies. The study demonstrates that integrating innovative energy-saving technologies into manufacturing processes significantly enhances production efficiency while supporting sustainable industrial development.
