Particular attention is paid to the role of educational management in ensuring continuous improvement of teaching and learning outcomes. The article identifies key challenges, including insufficient digital infrastructure, limited managerial capacity, inadequate use of data, resistance to organizational change, and gaps between educational standards and practical requirements. Based on the analysis, the study proposes several development prospects, including strengthening internal quality assurance mechanisms, expanding digital management tools, improving professional development programs, increasing stakeholder participation, and developing evidence-based management practices. The findings demonstrate that the integration of modern management approaches can contribute to sustainable improvement in educational quality and institutional effectiveness.
