Abstract

This article explores the concept of gender equality in the workplace as one of the most crucial aspects of modern social and economic development. Despite remarkable progress in recent decades, inequality between men and women still exists in many organizations and industries. The paper analyzes the key causes of gender imbalance, such as cultural stereotypes, unequal pay, lack of access to leadership roles, and the impact of family responsibilities. It also evaluates the policies and initiatives that aim to promote fairness and inclusivity at work. The research concludes that gender equality not only improves the quality of life and justice for individuals but also significantly enhances business efficiency, creativity, and innovation.
