Abstract

This study explores the similarities and differences in the use of stylistic devices in Uzbek and English literary texts. By analyzing selected works of prominent authors from both languages, this research reveals how metaphors, similes, alliteration, personification, and hyperbole are employed differently based on linguistic and cultural contexts. The study highlights the importance of stylistic elements in shaping literary meaning and how they reflect the identity, emotion, and worldview embedded in language.
