Abstract

This article analyses the strategic directions and forecast scenarios aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of the national industrial sector. The study focuses on the importance of diversification, human capital development, digital transformation, innovation ecosystems and export expansion as key priorities for long–term industrial stability. The research emphasizes that the strategic combination of these elements can strengthen competitiveness, reduce vulnerability to external shocks and create favourable conditions for continuous industrial modernization.
