Abstract

he current scientific and technical development requires an adequate assessment of the role of the individual in society and history. After a long period, his status has become clearly visible not only as a significant organizer of society, but also as an important factor in its progressive development. A person must be able to show himself not only as a qualified professional, but also as a person who can think and act quickly even in uncertain, conflicting and dangerous conditions. In other words, an active individual must be formed, able to stand out from the passive listener. This social situation becomes a social order for the development of the higher education process, which is a science about the values of the individual, his development, the implementation of his professional activity and social role, and a full-fledged life.

The main goal of reforming our country is to improve the dignity of man, his standard of living, and his future, and the main goal of the democratic changes taking place is to ensure human interests. This global process has entered a new era in the life and development of the people.

After all, giving priority to education determines the future of the country and the people.
