Mazkur ilmiy maqolada CdTe (Kadmiy tellur ) yupqa qatlamlarining fizik, optik va elektr xossalari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot davomida qatlam qalinligini aniqlashning interferension, gravimetrik va elektron mikroskopik usullari tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, optik parametrlar — yutilish koeffitsienti, sindirish ko‘rsatkichi va energetik zona kengligi hamda elektr parametrlar — elektr qarshilik, o‘tkazuvchanlik, Xoll koeffitsienti va zaryad tashuvchilar harakatchanligi aniqlash metodlari ko‘rib chiqildi. CdTe asosidagi yupqa qatlamlarning quyosh elementlari va optoelektron qurilmalardagi istiqbollari baholandi.
