Abstract

This article analyzes the philosophical and ethical foundations of social justice and anti-corruption policies in the context of modern global processes. The study examines the negative impact of corruption on social development, human values, and public administration systems. Furthermore, effective anti-corruption mechanisms based on international experience and the specific features of national approaches are highlighted. The research reveals the dialectical relationship between the principles of social justice, legal consciousness, moral responsibility, and transparent governance.
