This article provides information about a major international festival in the field of handicrafts and Uzbekistan's participation in these processes, specifically about the Kokand International Handicrafts Festival. The analysis also covers the festival's potential to turn Kokand into one of the world's handicraft centers and discusses local skilled artisans.
