Abstract

Aspartam (E951) 20 mg/kg/kun dozasida 30 va 60 kun davomida Wistar kalamushlariga berildi (n=10/guruh). Qon zardobida umumiy oqsil, albumin, mochevina va kreatinin standart biokimyoviy usullar bilan aniqlandi; natijalar ANOVA va t-test orqali baholandi. Umumiy oqsil (+3,9%) va albumin (+9,8%) ko‘rsatkichlarida 30-kunda oshish kuzatildi, biroq statistik ahamiyat topilmadi (p>0,05). Kreatinin miqdori 30-kunda 44,9% ga (50,4 ± 1,10 mkmol/l) va 60-kunda 60,0% ga (55,65 ± 2,18 mkmol/l) ishonchli darajada oshdi (p<0,05). Mochevina ham oshish tendentsiyasini ko‘rsatdi (p>0,05). Natijalar aspartamning subklinik nefrotoksik ta'siri borligini va buyrak funksiyasini nazorat qilish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
