MAKTABGACHA TA’LIM TASHKILOTI DIREKTORLARINING KASBIY KOMPETENTLIGI: ILG'OR XORIJIY TAJRIBA TAXLILI

Mazkur maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim tashkiloti direktorlarining kasbiy kompetentligini shakllantirish va rivojlantirish masalalari hamda ushbu jarayonda ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalarni o‘rganish muhimligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida rivojlangan davlatlar – Finlandiya, Singapur, Janubiy Koreya, AQSH va Yaponiya maktabgacha ta’lim tizimlarida rahbarlarning kasbiy tayyorgarligi, boshqaruv kompetensiyalari hamda pedagogik liderlik faoliyati o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, maktabgacha ta’lim muassasasi direktorlarining boshqaruv faoliyatida strategik rejalashtirish, innovatsion boshqaruv, pedagogik liderlik, raqamli kompetensiya va jamoa bilan samarali ishlash kabi kompetensiyalar muhimligi asoslab berildi. Tadqiqot natijalari maktabgacha ta’lim tizimida rahbarlarning professional tayyorgarligini takomillashtirish, malaka oshirish tizimini rivojlantirish hamda xalqaro tajribani milliy tizimga integratsiya qilish zarurligini ko‘rsatdi.
