Abstract

Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) has become one of the most influential approaches in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) education. Unlike traditional grammar-focused methods, CLT emphasizes meaningful communication, interaction, and the practical use of language in real-life situations. The approach aims to develop learners’ communicative competence by integrating speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in authentic contexts.
